Louis is wonderful! He’s really great. Really enjoy coming to him for my hair cuts; I always know I’ll get want I want and need (very knowledgeable). And I loved the new conditioner treatment. Felt amazing!!

I really enjoy the decor and atmosphere and I like how each location has its own quirks and interesting features about it. The staff is always on the game and I always feel like I’m treated VIP every time I go in.

Kat did a wonderful job yesterday on my son’s hair. I was so happy when my husband brought him home and I saw how great his hair looked. Best hair cut he’s ever had! In regards to Floyd’s in general, we have always been able to get an appointment with short notice by booking online. This is wonderful for our busy schedules. Everyone is nice, helpful, and does wonderful job on my son and husband’s hair!
