Communication is huge. My son had been seeing the same stylist at Floyd’s for years. He decided to grow his hair and made an appt with that sane stylist. They texted suggesting that he see someone different because of what he was doing with his hair.

The front desk is always helpful and pleasant. My husband and son love having Marshall cut their hair. The personal touch that he adds to each is special each and every time. He gives excellent feedback on why certain things work or don’t work for hair. Marshall and company also remember preferences and even pick up where a conversation ended last.
