The staff is top notch. Seriously. It starts at the top with Marshall. As a customer, you can tell Marshall is a really good leader, he is laid back and very fair. The resonates the vibes he puts out. The place is laid back and just, very welcoming. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to making the customers happy. The haircuts are almost always fresh too. I personally do not like thinking about how to cut my hair. I don't look at me all day. I'd rather put my brain power to other uses. As a result, I go to Floyd's because they are artists, not hair cutters. My head is their canvas (for the most part). So I like being able to go in to a shop, know the people I'm working with, and just tell them "just make me look good". They do. Lehn is awesome. Lili is great. Marshall is a beast. Etc. The staff puts time and effort into what they do and I appreciate them. They also are really cool to talk to, making my time and experience a pleasant one. The parking is always an interesting situation, and not in a good way. But for the unique location, I'm not sure that can be fixed. Overall, it's just a great place to get a haircut.
