Trying out a new barbershop or salon can be nerve wracking, but everyone at Floyd's 99 Winter Park was so real and welcoming I was put at ease right away. Even the customers chat with each other! Marshall provided AMAZING customer service and an AWESOME haircut! I'm super picky about my haircuts and Marshall nailed it. The only thing I missed was the Floyd's massage that I heard about, but I got such a wonderful haircut and excellent customer service, I didn't even notice until after I left. The vibe is great and you can tell everyone loves their jobs. I will DEFINITELY be back!
