Everything service is amazing
I am giving a 10 rating because I’ve been going to this location for years and have always had a good experience but this most recent appointment my son and I sat with a new person and are really unhappy with the haircuts.
They’re not at all what we described and by the time I noticed what was happening she had already cut the hair off and it was too late to say anything.
She seems like a nice lady, but really missed the mark on these haircuts.
Mimi my barber was polite, informative, creative, understanding. The front desk was great and found me a barber quickly.
I had to find a new barber after several years of going to the same person. I have had bad luck in the past and I was super nervous about trying someone new. Mimi was great! She made me feel comfortable and did a great job. I will definitely be back to see her.
