I was referred to go to your establishment by my little brother. I’ve been going for almost a year faithfully. And instead of getting the person that I wanted I always got someone else and the last several times my hair cut wasn’t what I thought it would be. And that’s being nice. So I had my haircut on Monday the seventh. And requested that I get somebody different than the last person that cut my hair.
I don’t like to complain. But I felt like I needed to get feedback. So I ended up with your new manager I believe his name is Marshal. He was personable my haircut was perfect he discussed that he would handle the previous situation with my haircut. And gave me a discount even though that wasn’t the reason I was giving the feedback. He was very kind and he is probably the reason that I will come back to your establishment. you need more people like that working for your company. Great addition to a great location and business . And please don’t take me wrong. Almost all your staff are very decent very professional and very kind.
