The atmosphere and the quality of service is always welcoming and excellent. I also enjoy the ease of booking an appointment with my preferred barber through the app. Once there was an issue with my reservation and the shop reached out and call me to notify me of the issue and provided me with options to solve the issue. That made me feel valued as a customer. I always get top notch service from my barber Matt E.
