They are always nice and greet me with a smile. I normally just walk in, and see if they can fit me in & in most cases I get seated right away. The stylist are always friendly & ask what type of cut I would like. My experience with staff are very helpful and nice, I will always try Floyd’s first before going anywhere else.

Ive been coming to this shop because my barber started there BUT, I gotta say , the vibe is elite and the service, reliability is on another level. The convenience of the app too to be able to set things in the go are great for me too.
