Petranka was AMAZING. I’ve had a few really terrible cuts this year, and as someone with a pixie cut…that’s a tough pill to swallow when you already don’t have much hair on your head. Petranka was warm & welcoming right off the bat, and I *BARELY* had to tell her what I wanted/needed. She walked me through every single thing she did, and explained what it would do before she made the actual cut — which was great coming off those ‘not so great’ experiences elsewhere. She was able to give me a style that’s got options to it, without taking too much length off the cut. I’m feeling great now that I’ve got a fresh, wonderful, cut and a stylist who truly ‘gets me’. I will definitely be seeing Petranka anytime my hair needs to a refresh.
