The easy acceptance of whatever I'd like to do with my hair! I have had multiple hairdressers spend minutes on end trying to convince me not to cut my hair short. One even said she understood when I pointed at an older man nearby who was getting the short men's cut I wanted and then she proceeded to trim my hair to SHOULDER LENGTH and presented it to me like it was exactly what I wanted 😂. I had to argue with her even more to get her to cut it how I actually wanted it. Went to Floyd's this time and there were NO arguments or attempts at convincing me not to cut it. Just totally calm and completely non judgemental. The staff was generally really nice. I had an excellent and very calm experience. Thanks so much Oviedo Floyd's!

I gave a 10 because Eric F. was awesome. The last time I came in (2022) I had a very poor experience with Kayla M. My boyfriend has encouraged me to go back for a long time, and when my usual barber was booked for a week I gave it a shot. I would recommend Eric F. specifically to friends/family.
