I went to Lena C for the second time- she was outstanding. I look like a gomer when someone buzzes my hair, so she cut it really short with scissors and did AN AMAZING JOB. I will forever come back for her service!

What do you like about our products and services?

I have been coming to Floyds for several years now and have had Nancy cut my hair exclusively. She has gotten to know me and my hair and does a perfect cut each time. I appreciate the time and care she takes with my hair. I look forward to coming in and seeing Nancy! My daughters have also come in for different services with Nancy and other stylists. They have always been satisfied with their services as well. It is easy to make an appointment, even at the last minute. I appreciate that very much.

Consistency of the experience and how easy it is to make appointments. I used to have to make appointments 6 months in advance at another salon to get my favorite stylist. Now I know I can get in to see Nancy with a week.

Nina O is AMAZING and I will follow her anywhere, she’s been cutting my hair at Floyd’s locations for almost 6 years now (crazy). The environment is always loud, fun and beyond professional. I love that my kids can see more professionals thriving while being able to be authentic to themselves with tattoos, piercings, and whatever hair you can possibly dream of.
