I always really like going to Floyd’s. I get to talk to a new person each time and every time, even though I get a different person to cut my hair, it always comes out great. It is also very easy to make conversation with the barber, which is hard to come by at most places.

I've only seen Nick D, no other barber. I estimate I've had haircuts/ beard trim 20 times at Mills.
I get terrific service from Nick D. I could not suggest any changes or improvements in your business model....except clone Nick D.
