I absolutely love my barber Jessenia! I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else! Also, love the hair product she recommended (ps now I have to buy more because my partner took mine!)

The website and appointment process is very efficient and user-friendly. I never have had a problem setting up an appointment at any Floyd's location. Nina did a great job on my recent haircut and I will be sure to make an appointment with her for my next one and beyond. The stores always have a great atmosphere and are enjoyable to visit. What do you like about our products and services?

Nina was amazing. I got a few compliments on my hair cut so I am happy. I also love the Freddie Mercury mural.

That being said, it's a nice place to get a cut but not my favorite. The vibe is chill though and Nina is worth going back to.
