KC (Kathleen) at reception was so kind and friendly and the stylists were amazing! My younger son loved chatting with his and loved his haircut. My older son felt listened to by his stylist with what he was looking for and loved his haircut, too. They both walked out saying they loved it there! (Huge for 11 and 13 year old!) My older son’s stylist also gave me some great tips and feedback on his hair and how to manage it. Great experience!

The staff at Floyd’s Orlando and more specifically the location on Mills Ave., are the absolute best! My barber/stylist - Alex F. - is quite possibly one of the most skilled individuals you could ever hope for; always professional and regardless of my nonsensical & rambling requests, ALWAYS gives me the exact style that I want. I have never walked away from an appointment with Alex not feeling better & more confident about myself then when I walked in. Thank you Floyd’s and Thank you, Alex F.!

What do you like about our people, products, and services?

Alex is chill AF. Checks in to make sure you’re happy along the way. Does everything you’d hope your stylist would do. The front desk staff are fun also. Friendly but professional. Attentive. I’d always debated getting ears waxed because I’m Irish and German and we are hairy people lol. Felt so comfy that I gave it a try. She was amazing too! Very meticulous. Described everything as we went along since it was my first one.
And while waiting for my turn I can see how the other customers and their stylists interact. Everyone is always happy and seems bonded to their stylist. That’s what I wanna see. I truly enjoy my hair / beard dates.
