After a few sub par visits to other Floyd’s around the country this visit with James renewed my faith in coming back. I explained what I didn’t want in a haircut and he actually listened and gave me to perfect cut. Even when I was happy with the cut he went about taking the time to comb out and trim the part of my head where my hair lays/grows in different directions and kept making small adjustments until it was done right by his own standards. Again, renewed my faith in Floyd’s and I’ll be back again.
