I’ve been a loyal Floyd’s customer for 10+years with Nina O as my barber. She always does an amazing job and I’ve recently had her start cutting my daughter’s hair. She’s very talented and never disappoints.

I would like to see some kind of rewards program maybe with a coupon or something for the loyal customers. Subscription with perks? Something to incentivize the return customer

I've been going to Alex for my haircuts, and he always does a wonderful job. He’s incredibly caring, takes the time to listen to my ideas, and even looks at pictures to understand exactly what I’m thinking. Alex then works with me to find what’s going to look best on me. He’s a great conversationalist, making every visit an enjoyable experience. His attention to detail, especially when it comes to my beard, is top-notch. I always leave feeling great and looking sharp. Highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for a skilled and personable barber!
