Jo was great, very friendly and gave a great haircut
I have been coming to Floyd’s 99 Hourglass location for years now. 4 or 5 at this point, and have had nothing less than stellar experiences each and every time. The atmosphere is amazing, both the front desk staff as well as the stylists are incredibly friendly and look like they actually enjoy their jobs. If they’re faking it, they should all get Oscars.
I am extremely Loyal to Meg as a stylist and I literally don’t have words to describe how amazing she is. Funny, friendly, and her cuts are incredible. She actually takes her time and gives suggestions as to the best options for your style/ cut.
Also I love alternative music so the playlist is fire and I spend the whole time picking my favorite artists off the wallpaper.

Marc really listens to what my 13 year old son wants done to his hair and my son always walks out of there so happy with his cut! I’m so grateful that he takes the time to really get it right! We had one bad experience with another stylist and gave it another try. So glad we found Marc! We have been to him the last 3-4 times and it’s always perfection!
