Mami is the reason I go to Floyd’s. She is the best and I recommend her highly whenever asked for a barber rec. Her professionalism, kindness and customer service is unrivaled for me. I’ve been to other shops and stylists and they don’t compare to Mami.

One thing I don’t like is I wasn’t able to tip using a percentage on the credit screen which really makes it challenging to provide the tip for service I want to give. I guess it recently changed? It was annoying to have to figure out a tip on my own. Please return that to the way it was before.

I always receive a great haircut at Floyds, even though I don't have much hair to cut! Staff is friendly. The stylists seem to know what they are doing. Atmosphere is fun.
