Apart from the great atmosphere, I really appreciate that the stylists and barbers give you a ton of great advice on how to style and care for your hair between cuts. Also, I just learned that there's a guarantee on the products, and so if you don't actually think the haircare item you've picked up is working the way you'd like, you can return it and get something that works better! They care about making sure you like the way you look, and that's really valuable.

I definitely don’t like that you have almost doubled your prices in the last 5 years. For the longest time, a Floyd’s Cut was $19, and now it is $33. That seems excessive
