Nicole took time and listened to me, she kept me informed on what she was going to do and made sure I was on board. I was not rushed and felt like a real customer. It was my first time going to this Floyd’s, I went in hoping I would find a spot to go back to, and I did.

Tessa does such an amazing job with our son's thick hair! She also talks to him, which isn't always the easiest thing to do with teens. They have a conversation the entire time he is in her chair. Tessa is awesome!
