The stylist who cut my hair was excellent in three ways:

1.) She gave me an excellent haircut.
2.) She made great conversation.
3.) She suggested products and educated me on the best product types to use for my hairstyle.

Most places just send you on your way after a cut: my stylist made sure I knew how to take care of the fresh cut! Great work.

Jamaal at the Johnstown location always does a great job and makes me feel comfortable! I enjoy the online scheduling and easy check-in procedure. I've been going to Floyd's for a few years now and will continue to do so.
