I really appreciate how they fit us in without an appointment and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. Also have a little sensitive kid with me and really appreciated how they treated my son in the chair. Took the extra time to make him feel comfortable and meet him look good and made all of the kids look good they were four of us there. Really appreciate them thank you Floyd's
