I’ve been seeing the same barber there for years now. Jessica makes me feel heard, seen, and cared for as a client. I love that I’m welcome there regardless of my gender, because as a person who looks like a woman (though I’m non-binary), some barbershops feel uncomfortable. I always feel safe at Floyd’s!

I always get a great haircut there. Everyone who works there is so nice, skilled, and welcoming. I especially appreciate that my LGBTQ+ family feels safe and valued as customers here. It's a relief to have a barbershop that excels at haircuts, without the toxic atmosphere of old-school barbershops.

Jessica is awesome! She did a great job on my husband’s hair and beard and was very nice. We were a walk-in, but we were treated like a VIP customer. We’ll definitely be back.
