I get my hair cut the way I want it!

I went in without an appointment. They were booked for a few hours out, but there was somebody late, and the staff was unable to reach them. They had me wait a few minutes while they gave the original appointment holder some time in case it was just traffic, but ended up giving me the time space. Juli was very charismatic and communicative each step of the way ensuring we were going the route I wanted (I went in with long hair, wanted it short - a very drastic change, so her concern was understandable). In the end, it came out exactly how I wanted and looks great!

The online appt setter is very user friendly, and efficient. Harmony location is in a good easy to get to location, but most important, Morgan C is a terrific stylist, and very professional.

Tree always gets my cut done right. Sh's the BEST!
