I brought my son in for a haircut and I happen to notice it was just a little choppy once we got home. When I called back and explained what happened, the manager was MORE than helpful and understanding. The assistant manager (Becca, I believe) squeezed us in the next morning so it could be done before school starts. I am so grateful for their kindness! We will happily be returning.
