All the products are great and smell really nice. The service is outstanding especially with my neurodivergent 8-year-old son. He feels so comfortable there. He has had several different stylists and they have all been patient and so sweet with him. He has sensory processing disorder so some things feel really weird to him and they are just are so gentle and kind and patient. Love this place!

Juli P at the Harmony location is just a gem. She is friendly but not overbearing. My son is autistic and she has always been open and willing to work with him and his admittedly poor hygiene. It takes a special person to make him feel comfortable and I couldn't give anyone higher praise. I can't say much about the other staff as I tend to make appointments with Juli in person or online, and we use products that we purchase elsewhere. Thank you, Juli!
