Music is a little loud though (I wear hearing aids, so it’s difficult to communicate with staff)

It's a simple, straightforward experience - I describe what it is I'm looking for, and they cut it. They know their craft and cut it right each time. I never feel pressured into buying any products, but the products they offer work as they describe, so when I am looking for something, I trust their opinion.
