Consistent high-quality service every time I visit that I appreciate.
It is easy and convenient to book. I was contacted in advance and asked if I could move my appt. back 15 minutes due to another customer arriving late for her appt. I REALLY appreciate the advance notice of this. The front desk staff I interacted with were friendly and answered my questions making eye contact and smiling, and not looking at their phones or making me wait while they looked at their phones. Most importantly, Clayton provided the best haircut I have received in 10 years. I have looked for stylists that really like cutting hair rather than focusing on color, and Clayton is the first person I have found that seems to really fit this description. He listened to what I was looking for, provided information and suggestions, and then took his time cutting my hair with detail to give me a haircut that I am enjoying so much!!! Plus, he allowed me to just sit quietly and relax without constant conversation while he worked.
Thank you to all the staff, and especially to Clayton, for the haircut I feel great wearing!

This is the first time I’ve walked in, I normally make appointments. I was in the chair in less than 2 mins of walking in. The people are always friendly and conversational, and whenever I bring my teens in they always listen to what they want and it always results in a great cut!
