The staff. That easy. They understand that I struggle with describing a haircut, are flexible with me, and great with the note history. They are personable and great for conversation. They suggest what they think would look good when I ask, but don't pressure me into any choice. Literally have never received a haircut I did not like from Floyd's. This visit I was helped by Olivia M for the first time, and she met all my needs for the cut and then helped me move out of my box and try something new! When I place my trust in the care of a Floyd's stylist, they never let me down. Thank you

Connectivity with the hair stylist
We love Floyd’s and we usually see First name removed W, who is amazing. She consistently delivers exactly what we want, and is always kind and conversational. One of my kiddos saw Audra K this time, and this was a great experience too. My child felt so confident after the appointment.
However, my son saw a different stylist and she botched his hair. He said that, during the appointment, he overheard her say to an adjacent stylist, “I feel bad” because she cut off way more than he wanted. However, she kept right on cutting more off. It ended up at least 5 inches shorter than he had hoped, even after he showed a picture then tried to advocate for himself in the appointment. He was so upset. It may have been Stephanie, but I’m not sure because she didn’t offer her name or a business card at any point during the appointment.
Brian Morrison is an excellent barber! He always listens to what the customer wants! From here on our I will be selecting Floyd's as my salon and Brian as my stylist!
