I love that the crew knew each other's strengths. I wanted a cut that the person I originally got scheduled with was excited about but knew wasn't his strength. He got me over to another lady who was so excited for my style change. I donated 14 inches of hair and I'm rocking a super cute, super short pixie! I don't think I've ever loved my hair so much. Emma was amazing and I'll definitely be coming back to her!
