Great job. I suggest using a 5 point, rather than a 10 point, scale for these surveys. The nuance of the difference between a 6 and a 7 is different for everyone, and it's rare that people will use the ends of a 10 point scale. With a 5 point scale you get consistency in the meaning of the numbers, and people use the full scale, and the gaps between numbers are approximately the same, psychologically.

It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere and open- some barbershops give me attitude because I’m a woman and they seem to only want to work on men. But I have a clipper cut so I prefer a barbershop. I also like the big variety of hair products you have.
