Erika is excellent at her work. She listens and is focused on the cut she is doing. I've had salon artists cut my hair while mostly looking around the shop at who is talking to whom and where everyone else is, instead of MY HEAD.
Erika is completely appropriate and doesn't speak loudly, or insist on talking. Sometimes we don't have the energy to carry a conversation. She reads people very well.
Erika deserves a raise and her first choice of hours - she's a gem.
Front desk staff (sorry I don’t know their name), was super courteous and welcoming and kind- even reached out and helped cancel an extraneous appt I accidentally created when trying to reschedule.
Taylor who cuts my hair is incredibly kind relatable and inclusive. Listens well and does what I want with my hair!
