The Floyd’s at Stonegate Crossing is always busy; however the environment and professionalism of all the staff is always friendly and upbeat when it could tense and stressful.
The front desk staff is always pleasant to work with when scheduling and checking in.
Our favorite hairdresser, Lisa, does an excellent job every time.
A couple suggestions:
Music is Too Loud.
The selection is fine, but with the busy, active shop and all the conversations going on at once it is hard to hear and talk with staff.
Text/Calls.
Please give customers a 5 minute window to arrive, park and walk in before calling and texting asking where they are for their “late” appointment.
That is annoying when in route, parked or walking in the door and trying to respond to the cell phone.
Most businesses give a 5-15 minute late window before appointment is cancelled. A 5 minute window is reasonable without throwing off the hairstylists schedule.
Both my self and my wife use this location and Tamara as our stylist - without question she is THE BEST!
Crystal is great. My adult son with special needs goes to Crystal for his hair cuts. She is always respectful, understanding, and engaging. Graham and his parents greatly appreciate you.
