The team at Floyds was awesome. Everyone was friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in. My barber Kristy was prompt and professional. Using military lingo, I asked for a number 1 high fade with a trim on top to a comb flat, and she nailed it. No questions just perfect cut.
What made the experience even better was how personable she was. We shared great stories, and I really enjoyed the conversation. When she found out I was a government worker, she surprised me by comping my haircut. That was one of the kindest gestures anyone has ever done for me.
You have earned a loyal customer. I believe in supporting my community, and it feels good to have a neighborhood barber who truly cares. That accompanied by a great cut. Winner! The decor was awesome too. The walls are covered with music icons, and the great tunes playing in the background made it even better. As a music guy, that sealed the deal.

I give this location a 2nd try after the first attempt was less than optimal. The 2nd visit was fantastic. The 1st visit was a slow day in the shop, the 2nd day was a very busy day. I was impressed the efficiency and quality.
