Claudio was great. Friendly and quick. I asked for a shampoo at the counter but didn’t get it. Might have not been communicated to the stylist but cut was great so It didn’t bother me. I usually buy product after like shampoo or paste because of it. Also not a big deal but no neck shave or other usual Floyd’s finishing touches like other locations occurred but Claudio’s service was great in cutting my hair and I was relaxed but looking forward to a longer steady time in the chair. It’s been a while since my last at the same location. Walk in’s here are accommodated all the time when I don’t plan ahead.
Don’t know anything about the products, but the service has been awesome! Really enjoy getting my haircut at Floyds!
