Shelby always gets my hair just the way I want it. She's the only hair dresser I've ever gone back to. Also the vibe in the shop is always great. Right now there's an abundance of pride decor that just makes the place so happy as well as all the seasonal decor year round. The staff is also always in a good mood and it just rubs off on ya. I don't get my hair cut often, but I always look forward to going in when I do.

My only issue is I had questions, because I was a 1st time customer. I left a note online when I booked my appointment. I called a week before my appointment, left word with the guy who answered the phone. I tried emailing. No one replied to any of my requests. I was sent a text shortly before my appointment and some did answer that. I really needed a cut, and would have canceled otherwise. I was happy with Shelby. If it hadn't been for her, I would not have returned. If you give customers the option to contact you, someone should at least look at the communications and reply. Anyone could have emailed me, sent me a text, or called. You had 3 options and opportunities. That needs improvement.
My online booking selection was the shop manager. I was switched to Shelby without being notified. It all worked out, but some information would help, especially for brand new customers. Thanks
