Honestly, it all comes down to Hannah C. I’ve been a customer of Floyd’s off and on throughout the years. It wasn’t until I got scheduled with Hannah that I knew Floyd’s was my forever barber. Hannah takes time to listen to her clients, executes a precision haircut, and then does a double and triple check to make sure every hair is in place. She’s one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met and now that we’re established, it feels like visiting a friend once a month. She cares enough to remember events and family members I tell her about and asks about them each time. Hannah is truly an exceptional barber.
