My barber was great, very personable and friendly and I’m very happy with my haircut. I need to say though I was 5 min late and I called ahead and spoke to Heather and she was very adamant about me needing to reschedule. I told her that I’ve never heard of any business denying someone for being 5 min late and she told me it was already passed the time of my appointment and so I would need to reschedule. It 5:39 and my appointment was at 5:40. I got there at 5:45. After I refused to accept that she eventually said we’ll see you then and abruptly hung up. This was extremely rude and upset me. It’s terrible customer service and I just wanted to let you know if not for Mikayla being so great I would never go back, because Heather is extremely rude and in some power trip

Mikayla always gives me the exact cut I pictured in my mind before going in! She listened to every question and concern I had, and styled my hair perfectly without any notes from me. 10/10

The app is quick and easy. But, I wish there was an option for a quick in and out cut. Sometimes I just want a 10 minute clean up.

Friendly service, professional stylist
Taylor has cut my hair 3-4 times now and I have been highly satisfied each and every time with the service she’s provided! She cuts it just as I ask for and helps me feel informed about haircare decisions such as layering, what products would suit my hair best, etc. She’s friendly and courteous as well. I never have to worry if I’ll get a bad cut from her and will certainly have her cut my hair next time I’m due!

Good service, good vibe at a good price
I go to Floyd's for Sheyleen. She's great! I've gone there in the past and it was generally OK, but once Sheyleen cut my hair she's the only one I go to.
