It's easy to make an appointment through the app. In case of any problems, it's also also to make changes. The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. Last time I was there, Mikayla took very good care of my hair.

Ryan is fantastic at what he does, there has never been a time where I was displeased with his service. He puts customer service above all else and you can see the love and dedication he puts into his craft. Can’t recommend him enough and I always refer him to my network when they need a haircut.

I've been coming to the same stylist through Floyd's, Bexi C in Woburn, for years, even following her from the Cambridge store to this one.
I love the service, the atmosphere, the consistency (how stylists remember everyone's preferred style quirks I'll never know) and of course the wash/massage experience, which sometimes I swear people should just do alone, even if they don't need a haircut!
