I learned recently from my boyfriend's time with Josh in his chair in Woburn that visitors are supposed to be receiving a complimentary shoulder rub. In our three years of going to Floyd's across Cambridge and Woburn locations, this was the first someone has done that! Thank you, Josh, for giving Talon the full Floyd's experience! We loved that it was a machine rather than physical touch.

Josh has been cutting my son’s hair for two years (since he was two!). He’s wonderful with him and always makes him feel so special at this visits. He gave us the birthday discount and a very cool rubber ducky with a Mohawk this last appointment. Neil was thrilled! I highly recommend Josh—he’s a joy to work with and Neil always comes out looking great!
