The team at Floyd's has always made me feel seen, heard, respected, and appreciated as a client. I love coming in about once a month for my regular Long-Layer cuts from Josh and picking up more product. My hair has never been happier, healthier, or softer than when I started getting services and products from them. Emilia is also always the star of the show and makes me so happy to walk in and feel greeted as soon as I walk in the door. So glad she started managing the Cambridge location as well! They're all lucky to have her as their leader.
