They do my hair the way I like it, and they don't seem to mind if I'm not chatty. I'm an introvert and some salons want to know all about my life. Floyd's is there for friendly interaction, but is just as okay with chilling and listening to the in-house music.

Your decor in the Cambridge location needs to be modernized. The whole rock and roll/roadhouse motif is a bit tired. You have rock stars who were popular in 2005 as the headliners on the wallpaper which is a bit dingy and faded.
