20min scheduling is hurting the experience as a customer causing a backup that makes it uncomfortable for current , future customer and even the stylist.
This overlap removes the relaxing experience and turns the shop into a cattle style barbershop, where they are focused on headcount and turning over customers vs having a good experience with time to address all our needs.

Having just moved to the area, I was hesitant to go to a new Floyd’s because I’d been going to the same one for the past 8 years. I don’t usually like to have multiple stylists or barbers so I was a little worried, but Marilyn made the entire experience from start to finish the absolutely wonderful. She was easy to work with, didn’t rush to get me out of her chair, and took her time to make sure it was done the right way. I almost forgot where I was and was a few more minutes away from dozing off on her because of how gentle she was. I’ll definitely be back when that time comes, and Marilyn has definitely made a long term customer!
