Cuts are high quality. Staff is proactive (calling me when running late and responding promptly to feedback). The vibe at all of the Floyd’s is great. The wallpaper, the music, the staff and the mix of clients. I like the app and use it for scheduling and I like that Floyd’s is in Chicago too, as I occasionally get a cut while I’m traveling.

Marijane is simply the best. She is why I have been coming back for nearly 5 years. She is why my wife has been going for over 3 years. She listens to what you want and then she delivers!!!

Jessica is a nice, professional barber that made me feel like I was her client for years. When the first time I’ve ever came to this shop. I really like the atmosphere and artwork through the shop. Plus I like the fact that you don’t wait all day like my old barbershop in Washington, DC.
