I spent over a decade trying out different beard oils and butters that work for me. The products that Floyd's sells are unparalleled. I have been a customer for years. They smell great and work great for my hair and skin.
Services are top notch. I can get a skin fade, neck shave, shampoo and shoulder massage for a very affordable price. The barbers and stylists are very knowledgeable and give great advice.
I will say I hear the staff say very often (basically everyone) that the lighting in the store is very poor so maybe someone can look into that!

I have never had anything less than perfect from the conversations/interactions with any of the employees at the timonium location. Everyone is awesome from cutting hair to chatting about their day or even paying at the counter. If I count as anything I’d give a raise to the entire staff there to make sure they never leave!

Always very helpful and polite in making appointments. Lots of good stylists. I only had one disappointing person and the desk manager not only comp the haircut but gave me the next one free.
