The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. I booked online with Ada, then adjusted the time with them to add colour treatment. Ada has previously helped me maintain a very healthy platinum blonde and/or a vibrant colour. But this time they cut and styled my curls 🩵 then colour matched my roots for a "Reverse Balayage" to transition back to my natural blonde. I'm SUPER happy with it! The experience is always warm and safe and friendly.

I was initially drawn to Floyd's because of their support for JDRF (now Breakthrough T1D). I also like that Floyd's is LGBTQ friendly. My stylist, Emma C, is great, so I keep coming back.

Hairstylist was excellent with my son who, at 8, can be pretty theatrical in the best of ways. She took everything in stride and for him, this was a big haircut change and she made him feel very comfortable .
This store always has great customer service, and the staff are wonderful! The space feels very inclusive, and both myself and my husband, our daughter, and our friends have started going to this location. The headliner Kim always does a fabulous job on my husband's hair and beard. My stylist Jenna just did some awesome color on me, and did a great job. I always reccomend Floyds to my friends and family.
