The service was outstanding!
But the online appointment scheduling service they have is very unpredictable. (Had an appointment set for 9am, but the software glitched and put me at 10am on their end, but for me, it was 9am. So i recommend that if you want to make an appointment, call the barbershop itself during business hours and have an employee manually put you in the system. Otherwise this place wasn’t recommended to me by a friend and they didn’t disappoint! Not calling favoritism but I love Stephen. Super great guy and very precise with just cuts. Great place for anyone who needs a cut!

Great experience as a first-time customer; Stephen did great listening to me and taking cues off my reference photo, and checked-in through the cut to make sure I was happy with what he was doing. This was my first time getting my hair cut professionally in years after a series of bad haircuts pushed me to just buzz-cutting my hair at home, and I'll happily go back again.
It was convenient and felt like the haircut was tailored to me. It didn’t feel like a generic hair cutter and helped me pick out a haircut and she outlined what was possible with my hair.
My stylist was nice, professional, and fast.

Friendly atmosphere and stylists are very good. I do think there should be a different price for a beard cut VS a mustache trim. I thought that was a bit pricey.

The stylists are nice and friendly and take their time. They always make sure you're happy with the cut and are happy to adjust or make any changes you want. They also don't try to convince you to do or not do a certain hairstyle (I've had other barber shops refuse to cut my hair as short as I like it, but this never happens at Floyd's!), but they will provide their opinion if you're not sure what you want, and it always turns out good!

Thuy is a very gifted stylist. She effortlessly does superb work. She's also very kind and approachable. She is the best I've ever seen at her job. I have extremely difficult hair to cut. It is very thin and easy to mess up. I have had some trauma over the years of barbers and hair stylist messing up my hair. I have no worries when she has the scissors or clippers in her hands.
