Wen did such an amazing job. My hair had become unmanageable at a longer length so I asked to get it cut to a pixie type cut. I had a lot of worries about the shorter cut looking good with my face shape. She did an excellent job at giving me a really stylish and androgynous haircut. I could tell that she was really excited about making me feel confident and happy about my haircut. She was really respectful and went the extra mile to help me feel good.
As a side note: when I went in, I was having a really rough day, and she really helped turn it around.
