Booking is so easy—though I will say that this new system of removing barbers when they are away on vacation is a poor decision in my opinion. I was honestly alarmed to not see Thuy there anymore and thought she had left. Had it not been for the fact that a friend, who also sees her, knew she’d gone on vacation I wouldn’t have known. Feel like your system should be smart enough to mark someone as on vacation and let people then just book in advance for future dates! Anyways, my experience going there is always great. From the warm welcome when I arrive and check in to the easy and quick checkout. And Thuy is THE BEST. So kind and listens to what I would like and is able to execute amazingly and provide suggestions.

The wait time was practically non-existent with an appointment (we showed up ~15 minutes early), and the barber was wonderful. I'm not very talkative, and after a very brief exchange, they respected the silence. I bring this up because they were having a back and forth with another customer when I returned. They were efficient with the haircut, and, while offering some options, open to the style that I wanted even though it was somewhat bland.

The atmosphere in the store is solid as well. I enjoyed the music selection (some alternative and lighter rock), and the store had a unique decor. Pricing is what I would expect for a hair cut (~35 base, lower for children) even though my preference is relatively simple. I was unaware at the time, but haircuts here come with a short, complementary shoulder massage with a massage tool (as far as I saw on the pricing chart after I had finished), so that might be a big incentive for some.

Overall, a solid experience. As I typically cut my own hair, I will prefer that to going out, however I will most definitely be coming back to this store every so often for a professional cut.

I really loved talking and getting my hair done by Debi. I do an androgynous cut that mixes femme and masc elements and she was really good at customizing. She was also just great to talk to. Thanks Debi!

Perfect placement for my residence, wonderful cosmetologist who made sure the cut was even with wet and dry hair (Debbi L! Rockstar!) and fair pricing. Music playing was a bonus.
