The barber who takes care of me, Thuy, is very considerate and clearly has great skills. I also like that I can call and make an appointment very easily by taking to someone at the front desk. Having a speedy and helpful person to talk to is really great. I also like Floyd’s hair products, especially the leave-in conditioner.

It's a comfortable shop to be in my experience, the front desk service has always been really friendly, helpful and they've even helped me plan my visits to make sure there's enough time to do the job well.
